Hello, I am Sujoud from Gaza, a survivor of a bombing that targeted our house. My two-year-old daughter was martyred, and my husband and I were injured. Now I have no one to support me. I was nine months pregnant at the time, and I gave birth by caesarean section. The newborn suffers from diseases as a result of the bombing. I suffered a broken pelvis and shrapnel all over my body. Our house was completely destroyed. I live in a tent and my living situation is very difficult. There is no treatment, no food or drink. Please help me and my little girl, who is 5 months old and needs care, such as milk and diapers. Help me as much as you can. One dollar makes a big difference ,I need money for surgeries on my hands and feet and to repair some areas of my body caused by burns.

My name is Hannah Rucker, running this campaign from the USA. I have been raising funds for Sojoud’s brother Naseem for over 6 months and at his request, I’m helping Sojoud as well. The situation in Gaza is rapidly deteriorating and families need financial help more than ever. While most products are still available, the prices of essential goods is prohibitively high. Your donations small and large are a lifeline to an extremely vulnerable family.

Dear friends, thank you for your solidarity with Sojoud as she survives hardship and heartbreak in Gaza. Sojoud continues to mourn her daughter Lana who was killed in a bombing that she survived, and is desperate to obtain medical care for herself and baby girl Musk.

Musk is suffering from hypoxia, low oxygen intake. This is likely due to environmental pollution from bombs and explosives.

Sojoud needs surgery to remove shrapnel from her body. The injuries to her hand are so severe that they require a platinum implant to be installed, and severe burns on her face and body that require plastic surgery. Not only is she unable to afford these treatments, she cannot even afford painkillers to reduce her pain and suffering.

Her family suffers from hunger and needs food. In my experience, any family deprived of food inevitably becomes sick with infection and fever. Food is the fundamental building block for stable health.

Sojoud is grateful for your love and support. I ask that you continue donating and spreading awareness about her difficult situation.
